Born in 1987, I’ve dedicated my career to perfecting the delicate balance of flavors, textures, and aesthetics that make desserts truly unforgettable. From a young age, I was drawn to the creativity and precision of pastry, and over the years, I’ve refined my skills in professional kitchens, learning from industry experts and continuously pushing the boundaries of my craft.

My expertise spans a wide range of pastries, from classic French delicacies and modern plated desserts to custom-designed cakes and intricate confections. For me, every dessert is more than just a sweet treat—it’s an experience that brings joy, evokes emotions, and leaves a lasting impression. Beyond the kitchen, I love sharing my passion and knowledge with others. I’m currently writing two books, both set to be released in the spring of 2025. I can’t wait to share more details soon! These books are a true reflection of my journey and expertise, and I hope they will inspire and educate fellow pastry enthusiasts and professionals alike.
